Moroccan Spice Mix
2 tablespoons ground cumin1 tablespoon ground coriander (better if fresh ground from seeds)
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Toss all spices together and store in an airtight container.
