Italian Sausage
8 lb Pork shoulder2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
4 tsp Fennel seeds
4 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic powder
Cut the pork into 1 1/2" cubes. Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and toss to distribute. Grind. Shape sausage into patties.
