Rawmesan Cheeze

Rawmesan Cheeze

I use cashews for their color, although pine nuts work just as well. If you don't mind a darker-colored Rawmesan, feel free to use your favorite nut or seed instead.

1/2 cup cashews, ground into a powder
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl.

Will keep for 5 days in the fridge.
