Garam Masala
1 1/2   tsp     cardamon seeds
    5   tsp     coriander seeds
    1   tsp     cumin seeds
1 1/2   tsp     whole cloves
    2   tbsp    black peppercorns

Preheat oven to 450 F. In cake pan mix spices. Bake 12 minutes stiring once
or twice. Grind to powder when cooled.
