 5      pounds          ground pork
 1      tablespoon      coriander seed
 1      tablespoon      parsley flakes
 2      tablespoons     fennel seed
 2      large cloves    garlic, -- minced
 1      tablespoon      salt
 1 1/2  teaspoons       fresh ground pepper

Blend seeds and parsley flakes in blender until fine. Mix all
ingredients, chill over night. Crumble or shape into patties, cook in
fry pan until done.
