Recipe:Broiled Lamb Chops

Broiled Lamb Chops
8 lamb chops
2 tsp basil leaves
2 tsp marjoram leaves
2 tsp thyme leaves

Sprinkle chops lightly with pepper. Mix herbs and rub into chops. Stack
together, wrap, and chill at least 1 hour. Broil 10 minutes for medium
rare, 15 for medium.
