Recipe: Lemon Tahini Sauce

Lemon Tahini Sauce
1 1/2 cup raw tahini butter
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup finely minced scallions
1/4 cup finely minced parsley
Salt to taste
Dash or two of cayenne
Dash or two of paprika
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Dash or two of tamari

Blend ingredients together until smooth (a good blender helps!) You can 
increase the coconut milk to tahini and to make a hearty salad dressing. 
Serve room temperature on hot falafel or vegetables or chilled on a salad.
