Sautéed Parsnips from The Wise Encyclopedia
Wash the parsnips well, but do not peel. Steam until tender, or about 40 minutes. Drain and peel. Slice in half lengthwise and remove the core. Cut into lengthwise slices and roll in coconut flour which has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Saute until golden brown in coconut oil.From The Wise Encyclopedia of Cookery, 1971.
