Recipe: Gobi - Spicy Indian Cauliflower

Gobi - Spicy Indian Cauliflower
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon whole mustard seed
1" piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 large head cauliflower, broken into florets

Heat oil in large skillet. When hot, add mustard seed. When popping stops, 
add onion and ginger. Fry for 3 minutes.

Add cauliflower, turmeric, salt and pepper, and lemon juice.

Cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, until tender. Sprinkle with 
cilantro leaves.
