Paleo Almond Porridge
I just ran across a recipe the other day on the Protein Power BB1 can coconut milk
3 eggs
1 cup shredded almonds (or almond flour)
Mix eggs and coconut milk together, put on stove and stir until 'crumbly'. Put in shredded almonds and stir until desired thickness is reached. Spoon into a bowl.
With almond flour, I would think this could be quite smooth and creamy.
