Herbed Sausage


Herbed Sausage

1 pound ground pork
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 teaspoons sage
1/8 teaspoon allspice

Season as above or to taste. Mix all ingredients. Chill overnight. Form into patties, cook in fry pan until done.
