Spiced Cranberry Sauce
1 12oz package fresh cranberries1 orange
1/2" piece of fresh ginger
1 package gelatin (or equivalent of agar-agar), dissolved in hot water
honey to taste
a few fresh cranberries and orange slices for garnish
When I make this for myself, I use about 1 tablespoon honey; with guests, I will use as much as 1/4 cup. Combine all ingredients save gelatin in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a package of dissolved gelatin and pour into a jellow mold. Allow to set, and then turn it over onto a plate and garnish with fresh cranberries and orange slices.
