Pork Chops and Saurkraut


Pork Chops and Saurkraut

4 to 6 chops
1 lb. of saurkraut
2 grated apples (peeled or unpeeled)
1/3 cup of Ray's Neanderthin ketchup
2 Tbsp. honey
garlic salt and pepper

Brown chops in olive oil. In baking pan mix saurkraut, grated apples, ketchup, honey, garlic salt and pepper. Lay chops on top of kraut, cover and bake at 350 F. for 1 to 2 hours.
