Pork Roast & Cabbage -------------------- 2 cups of cooked pork roast, chopped (good for leftovers) 1/2 head of cabbage 2 large onions, chopped juice of 1 fresh lemon 1/3 cup of tomato juice pepper and cayenne pepper to taste Saute cabbage, pork and onions in olive oil.
