Cabbage With Bacon
Cut bacon (with scissors) into little pieces in a skillet and fry till crispy. Toss in about 4 cups finely shredded cabbage and 2 shredded apples (not peeled). Cook until cabbage is wilted, then toss with juice of one lemon and cayenne pepper or hot sauce to taste.From: Beverle (abernco at COMM-PLUS.NET)
