Gluten Free Yak and Mushroom Meat Loaf
2 lbs. Ground Yak1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1.5 tsp. salt/rub mix
1 egg
1 tsp. Mixed Herbs
1 minced onion
2 cups of Oyster Mushrooms
oil for frying Mushrooms
1 tsp. Red Chile powder (optional)
1/2 tsp. Oregano
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 Tbs. Honey
Dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
Mix altogether thoroughly.
Sautee finely chopped Mushrooms in about 1 Tbs. oil.
When ready, add to meat mix and continue to mix in thoroughly.
Turn into loaf pan.
Cook at 350F for 45 minutes approximately.
