Barbecued Squirrel

Put some slices of fat bacon in a baking dish. Lay six squirrel on top of them and lay two slices of bacon on the top. Put them in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until done. When done remove the squirrel and bacon from baking dish and keep warm. Add to drippings, 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon arrowroot. Stir until thickened. Add 1 teaspoon bacon grease if desired and add some tomato or walnut catsup. Pour over the squirrel.
