Recipes India: Egg Omelet
3 Eggs1 Onion, chopped
4 Green Chilli (optional)
1/4 cup Coconut grated
Salt, Oil - required
1. Beat the Eggs severely.
2. Mix chopped onion, rounded green chilli, salt and grated coconuts with eggs.
3. Heat oil on a medium-low heat, in a pan.
4. Pour the mixture in the form of Dosas and cook it on the both sides.
Serve hot.
