Recipes India: Egg Chaat
4 Eggs1 Tsp Coconut Sugar
1 Tsp Tamarind Paste
1 Tsp Chat Masala
3/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder (optional)
1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce (or canned pumpkin/butternut)
2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
3 Green Chilies (optional)
2 Onions
Salt to Taste
Boil the eggs.
Chop onion, green chilies and eggs.
In a pan, boil sugar and tamarind paste with little water.
Keep stirring till it becomes thick chutney.
Mix all the Ingredients: and add salt to taste.
