Fatayer - Lebanese Meat Pie Filling

2 lbs. coarsely ground beef
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. pine nuts
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
oil

Mix all ingredients in a skillet and cook until meat is done.
