Tasty Grain-Free "Cheese" Crackers

1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. Herbs de Provence
1/2 tsp. Herbamare (or sea salt)
dash of black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients into a medium size bowl
and mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes. Place batter
in ball on wax paper and roll out with a roller. Using a knife, cut into 1
inch thin squares. Place cut outs on baking mat. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes.
