Paleo Almond Flour Crackers

Add different seasonings, sesame seeds, etc as you like. I sprinkle a bit
of salt on top after I score them so that they're salt-topped.

1 cup almond flour
1 egg white
1 pinch salt

Mix ingredients together until well-blended. Form into a ball and place
onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Put another parchment paper sheet on
top (a MUST) and roll out as thin as you can - about 2mm. Peel the top
parchment paper off carefully and score with a knife into desired size per
cracker.

Put into preheated oven (325F) and set timer for 6-7 minutes. Check,
because the outside edges brown first. Remove those crackers as they bake
and return pan to oven for 2 minute intervals, removing crackers as they
bake. Do not overcook.

Serving Size: makes 45 1 x 1" crackers, so 9 x 5-cracker servings
