Trish's Meatballs
1 pound ground round1 pound ground lamb or pork or turkey
fresh garlic, pressed
minced onion
dash of sea salt
oregano
pepper
2 eggs
Mix it all together, make your meatballs and place in the oven on a cookie sheet at 350° for 30 minutes. Transfer to your sauce of choice for stewing, and ta da.......... meat balls. You can fry them several at a time in a fry pan, but I find the cookie sheet method a lot faster.
