Steak Tartare or Cannibal Canapés


Steak Tartare or Cannibal Canapés

4 pounds fresh ground round steak
2 cups finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped parsley
3 oz. jar of capers
pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together, pack into a bowl. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Turn upside down on a platter to serve.
