Recipe: Spiced Macadamia Nuts

Spiced Macadamia Nuts
1 teaspoon macadamia oil
1/2 pound macadamia nuts
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon allspice
2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill

Preheat the oven to 350F. Put oil, macadamia nuts, cayenne pepper and 
ground allspice in a roasting tin. 

Roast for 10 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through to coat the nuts in 
the spicy oil. 

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with 2 tsp finely chopped fresh dill. 
Transfer to a bowl.
