Marinated Mushrooms


Marinated Mushrooms

2 pounds of fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
3 medium onions, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
2 tsp. honey (substitute for sugar in original recipe)

Combine all ingredients and cook for 5-10 minutes over medium heat. Cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
