Recipe: Italian Stewed Tomatoes

Italian Stewed Tomatoes
24 large tomatoes - peeled, seeded and chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon honey

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine tomatoes, celery, onion, bell
pepper, basil and honey. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring 
occasionally to prevent sticking.
