Easy Beetroot Fry
4 Beetroots (cut into small pieces)
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups water
6-7 curry leaves
oil for frying
In a cooker, put oil, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and sauté
Now add the beetroot and put the water.
Pressure cook the beetroot for 15-20 minutes.
In a kadai put oil and curry leaves.
Now put the beetroot content and fry till all the water has evaporated.
