Broccoli with Pine Nuts and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

2 large crowns broccoli
1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/2 cup dried roma tomatoes, soaked about 10 minutes, drained.

Wash broccoli, and cut into large florets. Reserve stems for another time. (peeled, chopped, and steamed, they're great!) Steam broccoli together with tomatoes. (I think this takes about 7 minutes...until is smells done.) Place them in a bowl, stir in pine nuts, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve with a really good olive oil.
