Acorn Squash
I'm simple with this vegetable. I cut in half, brush with goose schmaltz, fill with chopped onions, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper and bake at 350/400° til done. It's a great snack with crumbled sausage. Any meat filling is good... It's a great veggie for creativity. The same applies to zucchini and yellow squash.By Oliva.
