Italian Veal Chops


Italian Veal Chops

8 veal chops
pepper to taste
oregano
chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (1 lb. 12 oz) tomatoes

In skillet, brown chops. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with oregano and parsley. Add garlic and tomatoes. Cover and simmer until tender, about 2 hours.
