Recipe: Hazelnut Soup
Hazelnut Soup

2 cup ground unroasted hazelnuts
4 cup beef or chicken broth
1 medium onion, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper

Mix together all ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, then
simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour. Serve hot. This is a rich
soup; only small servings are necessary. Serves 4-6.
