Sauce for Stir-fry ------------------ coconut milk lots of garlic lots of ginger lemongrass coriander chilis squeeze of lemon or lime juice (plus a bit of grated zest if you like) I'm afraid I can't give you measures for any of these, as I just chuck them all in - you can't have too much garlic + ginger, you can have too much chilli.
