Salsa Fria

1 jalapeno pepper or more to taste, fresh or canned and drained, seeded and
chopped fine
2 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp dried oregano
pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate covered until ready to
eat.
