Pineapple Fruit Salad
2 cups pineapple chunks, drained, unsweetened2 cups seeded red or purple grapes
1 cup shredded moist coconut
1 cup diced orange sections
Mix together, and toss with Palm Fruit Dressing:
Mix together 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, 1 cup crushed banana, 1/4 cup fresh grated coconut.
