Sicilian Swordfish ------------------ Wash and dry fish and dredge in nut flour. Brown fish. In a saucepan stir: garlic olive oil whole, canned tomatoes chopped celery, onions currants (optional) capers Sicilian olives (green pitted). Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
