Sicilian Swordfish


Sicilian Swordfish

Wash and dry fish and dredge in nut flour.
Brown fish. In a saucepan stir:
 garlic
 olive oil
 whole, canned tomatoes
 chopped celery, onions
 currants (optional)
 capers
 Sicilian olives (green pitted).

Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Place fish in baking dish and cover with sauce.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
