Firey Scrambled Eggs
1/4 tsp jerk seasoning paste4 eggs
Preheat an oiled skillet to medium-high. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 15-20 seconds. Transfer to skillet and cook as desired. This method will give you big fluffy eggs every time, without any need for milk.
