Ranch Dressing -------------- 1/2 C paleo mayo 1/2 C almond milk (or coconut milk) 1 T dry dill 1 t garlic powder pepper to taste Mix all together. I start with those measurements on the dill and garlic then adjust to taste, I usually end up adding a pinch more garlic. Better if refrigerated for one hour before serving but not necessary. Should be noted that this tastes just like regular dressing, no coconut taste at all. Great as a salad dressing or dip for raw veggies. By Patti Vincent.
