Recipe: Carob-Honey Squares
1 envelope or 1 T. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. unsweetened fruit juice
1 c. raw honey
3 T. oil
1/2 c. carob powder [not GRAP]
Soften gelatin in fruit juice. Heat honey. Stir in gelatin mixture until
dissolved. Add oil and carob powder. Beat vigorously until fluffy. Turn
into oiled square pan. Chill. Cut into squares. Makes 9 squares.
