Basic Fruit Smoothie


Basic Fruit Smoothie

1 cup apple juice, unsweetened
1 peeled frozen banana
1/2 cup of frozen favorite fruit (strawberries, melons, blueberries, peaches)

Apple juice into blender, add banana cut into chunks. Blend until creamy. Add second fruit of choice, and blend again.
