1 tbsp olive oil
1 lg onion. sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lg green pepper, chopped
1 lb minced meat (beef or pork)
1 lb tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbsp capers
1/4 cup olives

Heat oil in large skillet. Cook onions, garlic and green peppers until 
tender. Add meat and brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and wine. Simmer 
about 30 minutes, then add olives and capers and cook for another 10
