Kerala South Indian Meat Keema
1 kg Meat cut into pieces (beef or chicken)3 tbsp oil
3 big onion
1 cup celery (leaves and stem)
2 tsp ginger cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 green chilli
Fry the beef in the oil. Add onion pieces. Then add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Heat it for 45 minutes at 375°F in a preheated oven. Take it out. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve.
