Grilled Steak with Provencial Herbs ----------------------------------- 4 - Natural Gourmet Steaks 1 tbsp Olive oil 2 Garlic cloves, minced 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried, crumbled 2 tsp minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried, crumbled 2 tsp minced fresh basil or 1 tsp dried, crumbled Fresh ground pepper Place steaks in shallow dish. Rub both sides with oil, garlic and herbs. Add pepper. Let stand 1 hour. Prepare barbeque (high heat) or preheat broiler.
