Recipe: Spiced Almonds
Spiced Almonds

1 cup whole shelled (unpeeled) almonds (or whatever nut you want)
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Toss almonds with oil, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper in a pie pan. Bake, 
stirring occasionally, until fragrant and lightly toasted, 25 to 30 
minutes. Let cool.

Make Ahead Tip: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
