Roasted Red Pepper, Garlic and Anchovy Appetizer
1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers
6-12 canned anchovy fillets
finely minced garlic
extra virgin olive oil

Place roasted red peppers on plate.

Place 2-3 anchovy fillets on peppers (more if desired).

Add desired amount of minced garlic (jarred is best).

Add extra virgin oil as desired.
