Mushroom Pate ------------- 3 Tbs olive oil 1 1/2 lb white mushrooms, finely chopped 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 hard boiled egg salt and pepper Saute the onions and mushrooms in oil until tender and soft; about 10 min.
