Hawaiian Tidbits
1/2 cup raw honey2 Tbsp pineapple juice
4 ripe bananas
1 cup finely chopped nuts or shredded coconut
Dilute honey with juice. Peel and cut bananas into 1" pieces. Dip each piece in honey mixture and roll in coconut or nuts until well coated. Place on waxed paper. Chill. Serve on picks.
