Blended Clam Dip


Blended Clam Dip

canned chopped clams or baby clams, minus ALL the juice
squirt of lemon
chopped green onions
some garlic and horseradish
a dash of salt and pepper

Put all into a food processor, whirl it around and place in bowl. Be sure to keep it cold though. I like to place a small bowl of clam dip into a larger bowl filled with ice. Tastes good with veggies, stuffed into smoked salmon and rolled up, then sliced thin.
