Mushroom Pate


Mushroom Pate

3 Tbs olive oil
1 1/2 lb white mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 hard boiled egg
salt and pepper

Saute the onions and mushrooms in oil until tender and soft; about 10 min.
Stir in the finely chopped cooked egg.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Use as a spread or pate. Serve warm or chilled
